Survey Results 2008
Survey Sheet 2009
Guidelines 2009
Dear colleagues,
you may remember that last year the European sections of the Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS-EU), of the International Society of Cellular Therapy (ISCT-Europe), and of the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS), have joined forces with the European group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) and the EUropean League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) to establish a comprehensive, quantitative map of patients being treated in Europe with specific cell types, sorted by the cell processes and delivery modes used.
The outcome of the first data collection has led to a report recently published in the journal ‘Tissue Engineering’
(here in the ‘early view’ format), not only describing the scope/aims/limits/vision of the program and listing by name and country the 91 teams that filled out and sent us the survey sheets, but also providing an example of the relevant information which can be gathered from such cross-society initiative.
We are now ready for the collection of
data for patients treated in 2009, and based on your participation and contribution we are convinced that the program will gain relevance and effective impact in the scientific, clinical and regulatory aspects of cellular therapy.
Please send your contribution by the 31th of May 2010 using the attached survey sheet and
simple instructions: thanks for a supportive and trustful cooperation!
Sincerely yours,
Ivan Martin
