Congresss Registration Fees:
Attendees who apply for ICRS membership 2010 right before their congress registration will immediately profit from our highly reduced members’ fee.

ICRS Members who are not in good-standing with their membership dues 2009 / 2010 will automatically be charged with the non-member fee by the ICRS Online registration system.

*to be accompanied by a certificate signed by the head of department or a valid student ID. Students, nurses and residents must provide a proof of their professional status signed by the respective department head to receive their reduced registration fee. The document must be sent to office@cartilage.org  immediately after registration.

Cancellation of Congress Registrations – Name Changes
Written notification is required for all cancellations and name changes. Notifications should be sent to the ICRS Executive Office in Zurich.

Refunds for congress cancellations are as follows:
• 80 % refund for cancellations until May 14, 2010
• 50 % refund for cancellations until August 15, 2010
• No refund thereafter
• Name changes will be charged with a fee of € 100.00

In case of a congress cancellation due to rejection of an abstract, the full amount of the paid registration fee will be refundable.

Cancellation of the Congress by the Organizer
Congress fees will be reimbursed if the congress is cancelled for other reasons than war, warlike events, and acts of terrorism or sickness epidemics. In the latter circumstances only a proportion of the congress fee would be refundable.

The newly created ICRS Instructional courses will be chaired by experts and provide a unique possibility to obtain a compact knowledge about a selected topic. Instructional courses are geared towards young scientist / clinicians and seasoned specialists who wish to keep up with new developments. A detailed handout will enable immediate and continuous use of the new information.

Pre-registration is required to sign-up for these courses during the online congress registration process. Instructional courses are not included in the congress registration fee and the number of participants is limited to 40 participants per course.
