Viajes Munditravel has been designated as the official ICRS Travel Agency for ICRS 2010. Viajes Munditravel will take care of your local accommodation needs, transfers & tours in Sitges/ Barcelona. An adequate number of rooms have been reserved and special room rates have been obtained to your advantage. An overall reservation handling fee of ! 15.00 will be additionally charged for each individual accommodation reservation.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-time first-serve basis in each category and hotel. For individuals, only online registration is accepted at www.cartilage.org. Online reservations must be submitted by June 2010, latest. Reservations thereafter are only available upon availability. Your reservation will be confirmed by Viajes Munditravel

Group Reservations – Industry

Viajes Munditravel is pleased to receive group reservations requests for accommodations in Sitges (10 + more rooms). Please kindly contact Viajes Munditravel for any assistance and special arrangements.

Payment Guarantee – Deposit

A credit card guarantee and a deposit corresponding to 2 nights per reserved room plus ! 15.00 handling fee is required to secure your individual hotel reservation. Please note that your final hotel invoice must be settled directly to the hotel upon your check-out. The 2 nights deposit will be automatically deducted from your hotel invoice. The tours & transfers will be charged directly to your credit card by Viajes Munditravel.

Hotel & Tour Cancellation Charges

Hotel Reservations:

• Until May 30, 2010: Charge of the handling fee of  Euros 15.00 only.
• Until August 15, 2010: Charge of 2 nights plus handling fee.
• After August 15, 2010 and No-Shows: Charge of the entire reservation period plus handling fee.

Tours:

• Until August 15, 2010: Cancellation free of charge
• After August 15, 2010: No refund

Reservation Changes

Hotel Reservation changes must be directed to Viajes Munditravel in written. Room night reductions of existing reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions indicated above.
